Return and Return Policy
Furgle wants you to be pleased with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help. Before you make that final call, don't forget that all our chairs are covered by our limited warranty. We will work with you to make things right.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Note: Furgle Offical is only responsible for the orders that sold through the Furgle Official store(www.furglestore.com). Regretfully, we can't determine the customer service or other conditions of products sold through other channels.

In the unlikely event that you need to return a product, we invite you to review the following terms:
- Return / Restocking Fee: Free
- Return Packaging: Must be returned in the Original Packaging.
- Validity Period for Returns: Up to 30 days from the date you received your chair, based on our tracking records.
- Damage Fee: May apply if goods are damaged or missing parts when we receive them.
- Condition of Product Eligible for Return: Must be in good condition.
In order to enable customers in various countries and regions to receive the goods as soon as possible, we ship them from different warehouses. Usually, the return address and the shipping warehouse address are the same. The following is our shipping warehouse.

If you need to initiate a return, please contact us via customer service email（firstname.lastname@example.org)，and we will confirm the return address for you.
Condition of Product Eligible for Return:
- Original packaging is not damaged.
- No missing parts (including any replacement
- parts that you have received).
- Completely disassembled. We do not accept
- partially assembled products.
After receiving and checking your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If you approve the refund, your refund will be processed and the credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7-14 working days.
Note: You are responsible for properly packing and shipping your return products. Please follow our return instructions. We are not responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged or rejected because you did not follow the return instructions.
Do note that you are responsible for any damage or loss of the goods during the
return process. We encourage you to pay for shipping insurance to cover such
damage and loss. You are responsible for any insurance claim filing with the

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Items ordered online from Furglestore that arrived damaged or are incorrect can be returned to Furgle Offcial by contacting Customer Suport at email@example.com. Available Monday through Sunday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.
We accept order cancellation before the product leaves the warehouse or ships. If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund.
The refund is overdue or lost (if any)
If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time to officially release the refund. Next, please contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time. If you have completed all the steps but still have not received a refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
